 SYRI MOGHAMADAN MEIZCHERNI VI EZERRYE VERSUS THE EASWEGIAN COMMON UNION Published by Csyeigo Irmaarnoujeo, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Justice of Easway, on 10 May 2025 The Supreme Court met today to discuss the events of the state of national emergency and following actions undertaken by the Easwegian Common Union, led by His Eminence Grand Councillor Aleksounder Zerrindou, and rule on the legality of the aformentioned Eminence's actions. This court met after a complaint was filed by Assembly President Emiliusta Meizcherni-Zerri, representing Syri Moghamadan Meizcherni vi Ezerrye, who at the point of this court meeting has been detained for the last roughly four hours, since 12:31 pm on 10 May 2025. This detention was announced publicly by Zerrindou on his authority as Grand Councillor, in line with Article III of the National Integrity Act (2024). The Directorial Federation - The foundation of the Easwegian Common Union Authored by President Emizerri The Directorial Federation is the name given to the Constitution of Easway, the highest legal document which dictates the rules of engagement for work done by the government. It is the foundation of the Easwegian Common Union What is meant by the Directorial Federation? The term Directorial Federation is split into its two word parts, Directorial and Federation.  Directorialism is the belief that a government should be run by the involvement of different competent and democratically elected factions and ideas, as one collegial body. Instead of policies being made by a president or an unwavering yet ultimately out-of-depth prime minister, in Easway, policies are made after deliberation by a council of the government's highest ranked officers, voted in by the public and our highest legislative body, the Easwegian Common Assembly.
