Election results: the 10th Assembly Government - Easway has a new leader The 10th Assembly Government has formed today following elections this month. Grand Councillor Suqeruli Bai is expected to make a speech to the Union.  The National Directorate was also elected with Metallityöt to lead it as General Director, and Swapardeshi becomes the first female President of the United Common Assembly. November 2023 Grand Councillor election: Suqeruli Bai wins a comfortable majority - set to become the second-ever chief of state With 140 votes and 60% of the vote, Marquis of Maritime Hopen Suqeruli Bai defeated Don Cho on Saturday 11th and is set to succeed Emizerri as the second-ever Grand Councillor on 25 November Suqeruli Bai, commonly referred to as Squ Bai, an independent candidate who has served as the first Marquis of Maritime Hopen since 2020, was elected on Saturday with a comfortable 60% majority. Squ Bai, 24, running on a platform of building new infrastructure and a cultural renaissance, thanked the people for electing him and for their determination in building Easway since its founding in 2017.
