Directive I of the Easwegian Council on Amnesty & Rehabilitation Qileziaux I vi Rauddozerri elle Suulich & Kauddych  Issued by the Easwegian Dawn Liberation Movement following confirmation by its Common Assembly To all souls loyal to the Easwegian cause and from the officers of the Council and the Custodian: Grace, Redemption, and the legacy of Her Eminence Martha of Boriopa. Preamble In the spirit and sacred duty of national renewal and to welcome back those who have fallen but not been lost, the Easwegian Council issues this Directive. We look not to the scars of the past but to the light of the Northern Sky. As the Ouroboros consumes its tail to be reborn, so too must our society shed the weight of perpetual retribution. What is bound may be made loose. What is broken may be mended.
