Previously, as with the act on the re-establishment of the Emando forces, the use of the term directives was not used. The Custodian felt that this was less personal and less memorable and iconic to the Easwegian lay person. Inspired by the most recent encyclical from Pope Leo XIV on Artifical Intelligence which received global and instantly identifiable positive reactions due to his incomparable authority, the Custodian has since been inspired to replicate the timelessness of this format in a secular manner.
