Establishment of Chuoscharni prefecture

The National Electoral Commission, led by His Worship Frankie, makes notice that the prefecture of Chuoscharni is established on this day, 31 May 2021. It is to form the northern portion of the Essrina municipality. Future arrangements and revisions are to be expected.
