 Defence Training - Appointment of acting Chief Justice and acting Defence Minister

To further the interests of the Easwegian Common Union, and to improve the standing of the National Guard and the foreign relations of Easway, I, Emizerri, 7th Grand Marshal, shall be heading abroad for a period of 10 days until 10 June in order to conduct defence training. Further to the legal declaration and banishment of an individual made in a previous statement by the Supreme Court, I shall be accompanied by the banished individual to ensure his proper vacation from the Common Union.

By the powers given to me under Chapter 7, Section 65 of the Constitution of Easway, and with authority given to me by His Eminence Grand Councillor Suqeruli Bai, I hereby make the following decree:

  1. His Grace Devaade Raizerni, Supreme Court Judge, shall become the acting Chief Justice, until which point when I shall step him down at my return.
  2. By the powers of His Eminence, The Most Honourable Don Cho, Admiral of the Easwegian Coast Guard, shall become the acting Defence Minister, until which point when His Eminence shall step him down at the point of my return.

  The Foreign Ministry establishes the Easwegian Association of Gökçeada  Authored by Grand Councillor Suqeruli Bai, Başkuruli Bey Today, the Co-operative Government of Easway establishes the Easwegian Association of  Gökçeada   to  represent as the central ancestral hub Easwegians within Easwegian Turkey. The island within the west of Turkey, known as Qaiversou in Ezerryen, was a place of trade and settlement within the far-western reach of the Easwegian Continuum in the early first millenium. These Easwegian clans made allegiances with the then Roman Empire, and those who stayed integrated with the neighbouring Greeks, Bulgarians and Turks. Today, there exists a significant diaspora here. Supreme Court of Justice Revokes the Easwegian Citzenship of Etchaczech Authored on 1 June 2024 The Supreme Court of Justice of Easway has worked closely with the Common Security Force to ascertain the facts of now released convict Etchaczech when attaining citizenship in early 2021 through the provisions outlined within Chapter 1, Section 5 of the Constitution. What is today understood is that Etchaczech obtained Easwegian citizenship under false pretenses, including the falsification of background and giving a false date of birth. Due to these findings, myself as Chief Justice and the Supreme Court have no other options than to declare Etchaczech's Easwegian citizenship invalid and revoke said citizenship, effective immediately. Following these facts, the Ministry of Home Affairs in its authority has declared Etchaczech's presence within the Common Union illegal and hereby orders his vacation from Easwegian shores, effective immediately.
