Addendum to the Structural Reorganisation Act 2024

Article One: Content

An Addendum to the Structural Reorganisation Act, which effects the contents of the Constitution, shall enter into effect. Within this Addendum, the United Presidium Authority shall merge with the Easwegian Grand Chamber, also known as the House of Zerri. Furthermore, the Easwegian Mainland Defence shall merge with the Common Security Force. The intelligence aspect, its head body, of the Common Security Force shall be transferred under the direct oversight of the Ministry of Home Affairs. 

Article Two: United Presidium Authority

The United Presidium Authority, that is the administrative body and civil service of the United Common Assembly, which shall be known in short as the House of Zerri or UNIPRA, shall assume the body that is the Easwegian Grand Chamber, the former House of Zerri.

The presiding officer of UNIPRA shall remain as the elected Assembly President. The Ombudsman of UNIPRA shall also remain. Their rights and powers shall remain unaffected.

Article Three: Common Security Force 

The Common Security Force, that is the national enforcement agency of Easway, shall merge into the Easwegian Mainland Defence, also known in short as Emando or EMD, the ground division of the Easwegian National Guard. The Easwegian Mainland Defence shall be renamed officially to the Common Security Force or CSF for short.

The head body of the former Common Security Force, the Cyber Security Front, shall be detached from the body, to be described in full in the following article.

Article Four: Cyber Security Front

The Cyber Security Front, or CyFront for short, shall be recognised as the successor or one and the same as its former body the Common Security Force, known in short as the Eschgau. Therefore all positions shall carry over. 

CyFront shall enter under the authority of the Ministry of Home Affairs, who shall answer to the Grand Councillor and Grand Marshal.

The head of CyFront, the Grand Paladin, shall always be the Minister of Home Affairs. 

Article Five: Enactment

The Addendum to the Structural Reorganisation Act 2024 shall enter into effect immediately upon publication.

Supreme Court of Justice Revokes the Easwegian Citzenship of Etchaczech

Supreme Court of Justice Revokes the Easwegian Citzenship of Etchaczech Authored on 1 June 2024 The Supreme Court of Justice of Easway has worked closely with the Common Security Force to ascertain the facts of now released convict Etchaczech when attaining citizenship in early 2021 through the provisions outlined within Chapter 1, Section 5 of the Constitution. What is today understood is that Etchaczech obtained Easwegian citizenship under false pretenses, including the falsification of background and giving a false date of birth. Due to these findings, myself as Chief Justice and the Supreme Court have no other options than to declare Etchaczech's Easwegian citizenship invalid and revoke said citizenship, effective immediately. Following these facts, the Ministry of Home Affairs in its authority has declared Etchaczech's presence within the Common Union illegal and hereby orders his vacation from Easwegian shores, effective immediately.
