Preamble

Following the establishment of amnesty, the preservation of heritage, and the consecration of our institutions, it is now time to lay the foundation for our common future. This Directive shall establish a permanent endowment for the Easwegian people and formalise the identity of our movement.

Article I: Common Fund

The Easwegian Common Fund is hereby established by this Directive as the permanent endowment of the Easwegian people and the treasury of the Easwegian Dawn Liberation Movement. It shall act with transparency, accountability and committment to the goals of the Easwegian movement. It shall serve as the financial reservoir for the preservation, development, and promotion of Easwegian culture, language, heritage and identity.

The Common Fund shall by held in trust by the elected Custodian of Easwegian Dawn with its activities administered and its funds approved by the First Secretary of Easwegian Dawn.

The Common Fund shall be financed through:


  • Voluntary contributions from Easwegians and friends of Easway.
  • Legacies and bequests.
  • A dedicated portion of any future revenues or assets of Easwegian Dawn.
  • Such other sources as the Custodian may approve.
As part of the establishment of the Common Fund, a donation service shall be set up.

Article II: Easwegian Youth

This Directive hereby affirms the continuation of the Act on the establishment of the organisation for the Easwegian Youth, passed by the Interregnum Common Assembly on 20 December 2023. Thus, the organisation is brought out of its previous moribund status since the dissolution of the Common Realm and into conscious activity again.

Its name shall be changed from the Easwegian Youth Force to the Easwegian Youth League.

As established by an Act of the Interregnum Assembly on 24 January 2025, the Easwegian Youth League shall hold the motto of 'Loyalty, Honour, Discipline, Family.' Its membership shall accept those ages 13-17. The Leader of the organisation may be older than 17 but no older than 25. They must have been a previous member of the Easwegian Youth League.

The Easwegian Youth League shall be overseen by the Central Committee of Extraordinary Affairs. 

The League shall be periodically addressed by the Custodian, reinforcing the connection between the leadership and the next generation.

Article III: Seal of the Custodian


The Seal of the Custodian is hereby established as the official emblem of Easwegian Council directives and shall be affixed to all works of the Council, including statutes and policy of the departments.

The Seal of the Custodian shall signify authenticity and binding authority.

To distinguish from the Seal of the reformed House of Zerri, the Seal of the Custodian shall use the original seal that was used in 2020. 


Article IV: ECLC style guide

This Directive shall establish a style guide of the Easwegian Committee of Language and Culture (ECLC).

The style guide, formulated by the ECLC on the advice of the House of Zerri and other appointed officials, shall help guide prose, spelling, terminology and otherwise for the creation of Easwegian Dawn statutes, documents, education and otherwise.

As the first addition of the ECLC style guide, the Assembly has voted to use Roman numerals as the numbering system for all past, present and future record keeping as the first preference.

Article V: Entry into effect

This Directive shall enter into effect upon its signing.
