Addendum to the Structural Reorganisation Act 2024 Common Union of Easway Decree No. 2024-003 Article One: Content An Addendum to the Structural Reorganisation Act, which effects the contents of the Constitution, shall enter into effect. Within this Addendum, the United Presidium Authority shall merge with the Easwegian Grand Chamber, also known as the House of Zerri. Furthermore, the Easwegian Mainland Defence shall merge with the Common Security Force.  Accounts of Ezaari Easwegians Ezaari or Ezaari Easwegians are an ethnic group of historically related Eurasian peoples who trace their lineage back to the Altai-Sayan region of Central Asia and were major inhabitants of the Easwegian Commonwealth of Arctic Europe (1478-1821) and the Khazar Khaganate of the Steppe (650-969). According to the 2024 Easwegian Census, Ezaari make up the largest plurality of the Common Union of Easway with 33.33% of the population. They traditionally speak Ezerryen Easwegian, a Yeniseian-Turkic language that has entered revival after previous extinction following the post-1821 displacement of Ezaari from the Barents Region. Ezaari culturally practice estoteric and folk forms of Christianity though predominately fall into Eastern Catholicism. About the Easwegian Svalbard Isles  The Easwegian Svalbard Isles Free Realm, known as Easwegian Svalbard for short, is an admistrative division of the Common Union of Easway. It contains two Island Communities: Bear Island in the south and Pomoresia to the east. Bear Island was the sight of the Easwegian Reawakening, when Easway declared independence in 2017. Easwegian Svalbard contains four municipalities, including three on Bear Island - Essrina, Urdport and the Easwegian Svalbard capital of Boriopa Centrum - and Pomoresia, which is both a municipality and island community. Each municipality is chaired by a directly-elected marquis, who leads a municipal council with prefects as deputies. Supreme Court of Justice Revokes the Easwegian Citzenship of Etchaczech Authored on 1 June 2024 The Supreme Court of Justice of Easway has worked closely with the Common Security Force to ascertain the facts of now released convict Etchaczech when attaining citizenship in early 2021 through the provisions outlined within Chapter 1, Section 5 of the Constitution. What is today understood is that Etchaczech obtained Easwegian citizenship under false pretenses, including the falsification of background and giving a false date of birth. Due to these findings, myself as Chief Justice and the Supreme Court have no other options than to declare Etchaczech's Easwegian citizenship invalid and revoke said citizenship, effective immediately. Following these facts, the Ministry of Home Affairs in its authority has declared Etchaczech's presence within the Common Union illegal and hereby orders his vacation from Easwegian shores, effective immediately.
